Local .ics timesheet

Turn your calendar into a timesheet

Time tracking without a timer: turn the events already on your calendar into a draft timesheet — hours per client, exported to XLSX. Rules map event titles to clients. No account access, nothing uploaded.

Drop your .ics files here or click to browse

Files never leave your device — everything runs in your browser.

Only client rules are saved in local storage. Calendar events are never stored.

Frequently asked questions

How do I export my Google Calendar?

On a computer, open Google Calendar → Settings → Import & export → Export. Unzip the download — it contains one .ics per calendar — and drop one or more of them here.

Do you access my Google account?

No. This tool never asks for OAuth; it reads the file you drop, locally.

How are recurring events counted?

Daily, weekly and monthly repeats are expanded within the selected period, honoring cancelled dates. Rarer recurrence rules are included once and flagged so you can adjust manually.

Can I bill by 15-minute increments?

Yes: rounding presets none / 15 / 30 / 60 min, rounded up per entry.

Where are my client rules stored?

In your browser's local storage only; events are never stored.

Is this a time tracker?

No running timers and nothing tracks you in the background. It turns the events already scheduled in your calendar into an after-the-fact draft timesheet — you decide which events count.
