How do I export my Google Calendar?

Google Calendar → Settings → Import & export → Export; drop the .ics from the ZIP here.

Do you access my Google account?

No. This tool never asks for OAuth; it reads the file you drop, locally.

How are recurring events counted?

Expanded within the selected period, honoring exceptions (EXDATE).

Can I bill by 15-minute increments?

Yes: rounding presets none / 15 / 30 / 60 min, rounded up per entry.

Where are my client rules stored?

In your browser's local storage only; events are never stored.
